Hello and welcome! For the record, I am also ziskandra on AO3.

I look forward to seeing whatever you create for me. While I have included prompts for many of my requests, please don't feel beholden to them if something I've mentioned, or my likes list, inspires you in a different direction! The prompts are just there to help in case you need some more specific ideas.

Also, please note that length of prompts does not relate to my enthusiasm for a particular character or ships, but more likely the length of the time I have been requesting them, or how many ideas I have for their dynamic! Similarly, I may have a lot of smut ideas, but non-explicit stuff is equally welcome ♥

I'm a huge multishipper at heart: as long as the work focuses on my requested character/ships, feel free to include whatever background relationships you like, whether that be in subplots, past relationships, or unrequited pining for an unrequested character. (Any exceptions will be noted.)

Generally, if I've requested only fic and solo fic treats, it's because I'm more into the characters' dynamic than their designs, and the way I like them tends to differ from common fandom trends.

For fic requests where art treats are welcome, please don't hesitate to gift me an art for one of my requested pairings if you'd like to do so. I'd love to see it!

Alistair/Female Hawke

I love my belligerent warden/Hawke sexual tension, and gosh do Warden Alistair and Hawke have it in spades — especially with how they use their senses of humour to deflect from their past tragedies, and blame themselves for not being able to protect the ones they love, even though it was never within their power or control to do so. Feel free to include whatever background ships for Hawke and Alistair that you would like to make the story more realistic and tell the tale you wish to weave. I only ask if there's any infidelity, the character affected expresses guilt for their actions in some capacity.

Some ideas, which are not binding in any way: Hawke who romanced Anders but had him executed? I'm here for it. Alistair with a Hero of Ferelden who sacrificed herself? I'm down! Hell, you could even do this pairing with King Alistair and Hawke if you can think of a way to make it work.

Again, I'm here for bonding, bickering, rescue attempts (imagine them escaping the Fade TOGETHER!!), straight-up canon-divergences, etc.

Alistair/Anora Mac Tir/Cailan Theirin

I’d love to see these three together anyway you can make them work. I’m especially interested in stories where Alistair is recruited (willingly or less willingly), to assist with a royal heir. How does Alistair feel about this? How does Anora? Does Cailan feel emasculated? Does Alistair feel jealous of his brother? Do they get… competitive? 👀 Fic set pre-canon is welcome, as is anything set in a Cailan-didn’t-die universe (and if taking this latter path, I’m very interested in seeing the other effects of the canon divergence!)

Alistair/Anora Mac Tir/Morrigan

Considering I love all possible sub-branches of them, why not all three together? I'm happy for the relationship to take any form you desire, whether it's V-style or they're all romantically/sexually involved. Particularly takes I'm particularly keen on involve Morrigan helping Alistair and Anora conceive (and feelings happen along the way), and/or Morrigan ending up as Anora's arcane advisor instead of Celene's. But whatever way you can make it work, I am here for it.

Anders/Loghain Mac Tir

Loghain and Anders have so much in common: they've both been Grey Wardens, know what it's like to be pariahs, and have made difficult decisions. But there's so much separating them as well. Anders is probably more idealistic than Loghain -- I could see them clashing because they're so similar in many other ways!

I'm happy for the fic to be set at any time, although I think post DAII where Loghain is the Warden Contact and Anders is also on the run would make the most sense. But if you have another idea, I am looking forward to seeing it!

Blackwall/Loghain Mac Tir

Grey Warden drama. Older Men with Regrets. Blackwall being a dirty ex-chevalier. I just feel like they'd have a lot in common, and I'm super curious about their potential dynamic.

Eamon Guerrin/Loghain Mac Tir

I know they can barely stand each other, but I’d love to see some bickering, enemies to uneasy allies, or hatesex between them. Maybe they’re brought together while both mourning Rowan? Perhaps Loghain dislikes Isolde for more than the crime of being Orlesian? Or is Loghain mad that Eamon doesn't understand the sacrifices that were made during the Rebellion because Eamon was being taken care of in the Marches? Or maybe their relationship is more of a political alliance, of both men trying to keep an eye on their enemy? Honestly, just let your id fly with this request, because I don’t care how you make it happen, I just want to see it done.

Andraste/Meredith Stannard

I will forever be fascinated by the sheer self-confidence to base one's aesthetic off their religion's major prophet and boy does Meredith deliver! I would love to see any exploration of her relationship with Andraste, whether literally, metaphorically, or somewhere in between. Does Meredith see herself as an Andraste-like figure, championing a righteous cause? Or does she aspire to be more like Andraste, and feels that she falls short in some matter?

Loghain Mac Tir/Meredith Stannard

An odd pairing? Yes, indeed! But these are two of my faves, and I'd love to see them together in any capacity that you dream of. Maybe Meredith somehow survives the events of Dragon Age 2 and is made a Warden? They would both have a lot to bond over when it comes to being blinded by paranoia and their childhood trauma, as well as being weighed down by the burdens of command... Alternatively, an arranged marriage AU, why not, force them together somehow, anyhow. I will be happy.

My favourite Hawke for this pairing is a Red or Purple Hawke who sided with the templars (they can bond with Loghain over being Fereldan and making difficult decisions that led them to be ostracised), but other configurations are more than welcome, too.

(Also, any indication of the ramifications of their Fade visit would be loved. Maybe one of them tries to stage a rescue attempt! Or they decide to stay behind… together??)

Perhaps Loghain feels reluctant at first because of the age gap? Perhaps they get in a compromising position while sparring? Or does Cousland take out her feelings about the deaths of her family out on Loghain and keep him around as a spoil of war? How do they resolve the ending of Origins? What opinions does Anora have on their relationship?

Rowan Guerrin/Loghain Mac Tir/Maric Theirin

God, these three never fail to make my heart hurt. I'm happy for anything featuring them to be set anywhere from during the rebellion up until Rowan's death. I personally see Rowan as having great difficulty trusting and feeling safe around Loghain again since the end of Stolen Throne, but I'm very open to other takes on their relationship! Who's the one who brings up that instead of having all this weird awkward tension they should just sleep together, the three of them? (It's probably not Loghain, but it'd be hilarious if it were!)

If set in later canon where Loghain is married to Celia, I'd prefer for her to either know and approve of Loghain's actions, or for Logahin to be drowning in guilt over his infidelity.

Bakery/Coffeeshop AU
One of my favourite things about Mundane AUs is transporting the high-stake emotions of world saving fantasy stuff to theoretically lower stake things. I'd love to see Loghain running a bakery or coffee shop or what have you, especially if it had previously been built by Rowan and Maric. He's so loyal, sometimes to the extent of not knowing what's best for him and the country business, and I'd love to see how this shakes out in a mundane setting. Does Anora try to stop her dad from selling the business (to Rendon Howe)? Does Morrigan end up becoming a regular at the cafe? Does Loghain have complicated feelings about the cafe? I'm here for any and all of it, just transport some of the political machinations to the high stake world of small business PLEASE.

(Also, I know I said 'mundane AUs', but feel free to retain magic/elfs/dwarves/Qunari as you see fit, and/or set it in Modern Thedas!)

Rowan Guerrin/Celia Mac Tir/Loghain Mac Tir/Maric Theirin

As above, but with more active involvement from Celia. I like to see her written as no-nonsense and direct, skilled at pulling Loghain out of his more mercurial moods, and basically someone who can ground Loghain and remind him of where he came from when he gets too caught up in the shenanigans at court.

Loghain Mac Tir/Maric Theirin

God, I love their devotion to one another, the way that Maric gets under Loghain’s icy exterior during the Rebellion, and how Loghain would do anything for Maric, if you get my drift. I’d be equally happy for something set during the Rebellion, or after Rowan’s death. The Stolen Throne gives so much shipping fodder as is, but also, I love the idea of neither Maric and Loghain acting on their feelings for one another until they’re united in their grief about Rowan (and how do they deal with that?)

Or, alternatively, consider a set-up where instead of Alistair finding Maric as he did in the comics, it’s Loghain who finds him…

In any case, if it takes place during a time where Loghain is married to Celia (and Celia is alive!) I’d like for her to either know and approve of Loghain’s relationship with Maric (whatever form it might take), or for Loghain to feel destroyed by guilt by his infidelity.

Prompts: Sera gets Josephine involved in her pranks somehow, meeting Josephine’s parents, standing up to societal norms, hurried sex in a public place, ripping apart a fancy dress.

How well does he distinguish seeing Cailan as his foolish son-in-law but also his King, anyway?

As my prompt probably indicates, I’d prefer for the fic to take place after Cailan’s coronation, but if another idea strikes you, please be my guest!

Look, I just love the idea of Isabela seducing a queen. Is Isabela sneaking around Denerim to visit her old friend the Hero of Ferelden? Or Alistair? Maybe Isabela inadvertently rescues Anora from a threat or has intel that someone is trying to harm them, and sparks fly from there. Bonus points for Anora being frustrated (sexily or not) that Isabela's getting under her clothes skin!

I would love seeing Meredith bounce off a red or purple Hawke in a world where Bethany has joined the Circle! Does Hawke end up involved with Meredith because she wants to keep a closer eye on Bethany? Does Meredith blackmail her somehow? Or do they end up bonding over having similar opinions on mages?
I love seeing these two bounce off one another, especially in a world with a red or purple Hawke and Bethany has joined the Circle. There's just so many parallels and divergences in their backstories, especially with regard to the weight of the responsibilities they bear, as well as the lengths they will go to in order to protect their mage sisters, and their families from suffering.

Orsino/Meredith Stannard

I love their arguments and bickering, and it's very easy to read it (as a Purple Hawke does!) as belligerent sexual tension. How does the power dynamic between them affect their relationship? Do they both believe they want the best world for mages, but conflict arises because their view of what that world should look like is not aligned? How much knowledge does Meredith have of Orsino's correspondence with Quentin? I would prefer it if the Chantry/Andrastianism is portrayed as the primary oppressive factor that is keeping both mages and templars in their place, while not overlooking that there are templars that take advantage of their relative position of power, if it comes up.

Female Hawke/Orsino/Meredith Stannard

I have a couple of Hawke backgrounds I think are perfect for these three (but others are loved if you think of something different!) Red Templar-leaning Hawke, who agrees with Meredith regarding mage-templar relations; they've both make hard, heavy-handed decisions for the people they love, for the better or the worse. Maybe Orsino's trying to change their minds through intimacy, or Meredith and Hawke are trying to keep Orsino and the mages in line ... basically, I can see the three of them as a giant co-dependent clusterfuck of people who think they're making the right decision in a world where there are no good options, no chance for compromise.

Alternatively, a more purple or blue Hawke who's trying very hard to not make a decision and gets caught in the middle of Meredith and Orsino's belligerent sexual tension somehow! Does Hawke end up in some sort of V shaped triad with the two of them? (That'd really mess Kirkwall up!) Does Hawke try and put Meredith and Orsino in a get-along shirt, for the good of the city? Appeal to them and make them realise they are more alike than they think (and that the Chantry is the true enemy?)

Anyway, those are just a couple of ideas - I would honestly enjoy any content about these three!

Their shared time in Kirkwall is full of unexplored potential, and I love any exploration of how they both feel like they’re trying their best to improve their new home. I have no preference on Hawke’s class, but prefer either red or purple Hawke for personality.

Prompts: bonding over their Fereldan homeland, friends with benefits, sneaking around, how their relationship (whatever form it might take) is impacted by the events at the end of DAII, reuniting in Skyhold, canon-divergence where Cullen leaves Kirkwall with Hawke.

I love how their relationship builds from one of mutual suspicion to begrudging respect, especially if Loghain is chosen to complete the Dark Ritual. I’d love either something set around the time of the Dark Ritual itself, or their interactions in the Inquisition era where their paths cross once again (regardless of if Loghain did the Dark Ritual or not).
